I just found this picture - it’s a scenic painting that I did in college.  I chose several surfaces:  Broken plaster, brick and wood.  Does it look real from a distance? This takes me back to my art department days, when I was Art Director for A Streetcar Named Desire at the University of Michigan  And memories of when I worked as Art Department PA on Chasing 3000, in Los Angeles. Which starred Ray Liotta, Lauren Holly, Lori Petty, Rory Culkin, Trevor Morgan, Seymour Cassel, Ricardo Chavira and M. Emmet Walsh  Since returning to LA last year I’ve only script supervised, with a few sporadic art department gigs. I admit, I’m happy to be on set, instead of stuck in traffic with a bunch of props in my car, but this picture reminds me how much I love to paint and create things
